VitalEDU is a realistic approach to training that is affordable for everyone, regardless of company size. VitalEDU provides the college marketplace with a full range of leadership/supervision, customer service and sales tools that help you not only sell to your clients, but service them as well.

In addition, we include all marketing materials in a Word format that allows you to customize it to fit your own needs. We also provide a FREE “Lunch and Learn” program that gives you an overview of topics that leaders face on a daily basis.

VitalEDU provides classes in an online setting, a classroom setting, or a blend of the two. We offer classes in English and Spanish, as well as bi-lingual versions. In addition, we can offer college credit through ITCAP, or you may offer it on your own.

Our workbooks are the key to our success. They serve as a necessary tool for the classroom as well as a resource following completion of the class. Through our training, supervisors have the confidence they need to apply what they have learned, but are sometimes faced with situations that leave them wishing they could ask for assistance. Our workbook serves as their own personal management consultant by giving them the opportunity to address whatever issue comes their way, as many times as needed. The curriculum continues to train supervisors, long after the coursework has ended.
