Do you offer discounts on your material? 
We sell the product at a discount to all community colleges to allow you to compete in the market place. We offer the same pricing nation-wide to all institutions regardless of size to allow each of you to collaborate rather than compete.

Do you require certification? 
NO, we do offer certification as an option in two and three day formats.

Can these courses be offered for College Credit and/or CEU’s? 
YES, either by your institution or through ITCAP.

Do you offer a Spanish Version?
YES, our entire course in Supervision is available in Spanish. We have a page for page translation so you may have both English as a primary language and Spanish as a primary language people in the same class.

How long has VitalEDU been around? 
Since 1989, our roots go back to McGraw Hill Training Systems.

Are you a registered company?
We are registered with Dunn and Bradstreet, fully incorporated, minority owned, and have a federal tax number. Our parent company, Employee Development Services, Inc., and has been in business since 1987.

Do you provide marketing support?
Yes. All marketing materials are in word format to allow you to customize and brand them to your needs. We also provide you an 800 number for your support.

What do the Lunch and Learn programs cost?
Nothing. We give them to you in the spirit of partnership to enhance your marketing effort.

Is VitalEDU a sole source?
YES we are the sole source for Vital Learning Training Programs for all community colleges in the United State.
