In today’s complex business world, finding time to train managers is becoming more of a challenge. Our Vital Learning Supervision Series student workbook is designed to make Blended Learning effective and the very best training available today. It is designed to allow multiple delivery systems and still retain the structure for learning of new skills to occur.

Why is Vital Learning Supervision Series different and better than other programs? Because of the student workbook which is divided into three sections;

1. The first third is devoted to Assessment of student’s skills and Knowledge transfer – using reading, individual exercises and small group discussions to reveal to student their knowledge level of the subject.

2. The second third of each workbook is devoted to Skill Transfer – where the student discovers the skill set, practices the skill set, and then applies it to their specific needs.

3. The final section in the Post Classroom Application through customized forms, a general review, and an extensive trouble shooting guide all designed for reinforcement after the workshop is completed.

Internet/Classroom

All of our modules have a complete internet component designed directly from the Assessment/Knowledge Transfer portion of the student workbook. This allows for a seamless transition when the student completes the Skill Transfer classroom portion. This option will save approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours of classroom time.


Self Study/Classroom


In our workbook the answers/explanations to most exercises in the Assessment/Knowledge Transfer section are on the next page. This is to allow the student to compare their answers with the books answers and promote discussions rather than defensiveness. This allows for a seamless transition when the student completes the Skill Transfer classroom portion. This option will save approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours of classroom time.


Intranet/Classroom


This option allows you to create a customized study guide leading the student through the Assessment/Knowledge Transfer portion of the student workbook. This can be especially beneficial if there are specific issues you wish to address prior to the classroom portion. This allows for a seamless transition when the student completes the Skill Transfer classroom portion. This option will save approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours of classroom time.


Internet/Distance Learning


This option allows the Assessment/Knowledge Transfer component to be completed and the Skill Transfer portion via Distance Learning Technology or using Web based video conferencing.


Facilitator led


[Audio only, Web based Live Meeting, Etc] /Classroom This option would allow a geographically dispersed group to interactively receive the Assessment/Knowledge Transfer portion simultaneously and then complete the classroom portions at different locations/times. This allows for a seamless transition when the student completes the Skill Transfer classroom portion. This option will save approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours of classroom time
